Horrible place Never go to this location, should have gone to another or even a different maker for this awful treatment. No dealer supposed draw up contracts prior to me knowing final cost and I told them most I only wanted to spend and didn't care clearly. Then I wanted to cancel warranties when repeatedly told them. The warranty place isn't even with kia, it's for all makers so another lie. They don't tell you interest or any of that until after even when you've asked prior. So now still getting frustrated getting warranty money back to loan as finance guy never did, luckily last day checked and had refax everything to efg over month ago and still not done. They should just send check back to me as be easier since my loan still same payment. Was so pressured into getting warranties didn't need and I'm doing all this work and beyond stressed and dealer isn't following through. I guess they want upset customers. Also wasted whole day, 8 hours there when kept saying in rush to check stuff out. Then never got plates which personalized, claimed don't do when you do when had go back. More
