I have always had the best customer service Representatives when dealing with the service department . The chevy brand itself has some issues with their product that have really disapp service Representatives when dealing with the service department . The chevy brand itself has some issues with their product that have really disappointed me but I keep coming back because of Bryan and Marissa (service dept). Knowledge and ability to reassure me that they are doing their best. They build relationships with the customer and that’s quite important when someone is spending hard earned money. I’m not comfortable trying to go somewhere else. I believe in them and their willingness to help. More
