I called ahead for an appointment service router told me I didn’t couldn’t make an appointment. Got their new service rider took my truck told me there was an hour and a half away or better got a video from I didn’t couldn’t make an appointment. All I saw was the outside of my truck under the hood and all four tires on the outside no mention of anything that he was looking at as far as an inspection goes. I don’t know if the tires were even rotated. Nothing to mention of the brakes, the steering mechanisms joint shocks nothing as far as a video. What a joke. Two hours later, Truck finished paid for and left. Don’t even know really what was done besides the oil change thank you disappointed if you had a 2 1/2 star rating I would’ve given you that. More
