Two excellence Service Staff Overall not impressed. I find only two staff member that I am impressed with and this is the reason I come for services, Bryan Webster and Phirum Tann Overall not impressed. I have found things stolen from my Audi from the cleaning crew, the Audi was sold to me as new only to find it was damaged in the rear bumper and I have an alignment problem with the left front wheel. More

had to bring my brand new A7 due to faulty HVAC system I received as always excellent service. The service department did what they had to do to effectuate the repairs on my HVAC and went beyond the call o I received as always excellent service. The service department did what they had to do to effectuate the repairs on my HVAC and went beyond the call of duty by returning my car to my home which is 2 1/2 away from the dealership. They made me feel once more as a valued customer. Highly recommend them. More

Rockville Audi superb service I had scheduled a service and some odds and ends to be taken care of. Brian was extremely attentive, courteous, and professional with all my needs an I had scheduled a service and some odds and ends to be taken care of. Brian was extremely attentive, courteous, and professional with all my needs and questions. I was in and out within minutes after dropping it off. Everything was done a lot quicker than I expected! When I return to pick up the car, it was very clean inside and out. I would highly recommend Bryan at Rockville Audi to anyone interested!!! More

Great Service Experience I had tried over a two week period to have my car serviced at the Audi dealership in Annapolis but they were unable to get the part needed for my A4. I called Rockville Audi and my car was fixed the same day, within 4 hrs from my call. Great service worth the drive. More

Quick and easy Went in to schedule an appointment for a recall. Bryan said he could get the car in right away and it would take about an hour!
