This has been the worst customer service I have experience in my life. If Service Advisor Bryce Hahs is a reflection of SONS Automotive Group/BMW of South Atlanta then customer service is not numbe experience in my life. If Service Advisor Bryce Hahs is a reflection of SONS Automotive Group/BMW of South Atlanta then customer service is not number one on your priority list. Hahs is very unprofessional and attempts to talk do to customers especially the African Americans. Hahs did not provide me with updates on my vehicle until I got the service manager involved. When question about issues Hahs hung the phone up on me and would not return my calls. When I asked about a loaner vehicle Hahs stated those vehicles are for people who have a warranty not for people like you. Well I do have a warranty and had to get the service manager involved to get a loaner vehicle. I have many friends and family who use your facility and will direct they to other facilities who value customer service. Formal letters of this experience will be sent to individuals who need to know how this experience seems to be acceptable. More

Basic service and recall repairs ends in $4000.00 repair bil The worst service ever!! We took a car in for routine service ($500) and recall fixes. Ended up with $4k in repairs after 2 weeks. The service was The worst service ever!! We took a car in for routine service ($500) and recall fixes. Ended up with $4k in repairs after 2 weeks. The service was a simple oil changed. Service tech Tim Walker was clueless. After initial fix, we didn't make it home before check engine light came on (check engine light never came on before service. EVER!!). We took car back and service tech assured us it was the battery. We paid $486 for battery. Before we could get car home check engine light came on again. We brought car back a second day. Service perform "something" and before we could get car home again "check engine light " came on again and now car was making a sound similar to a bird twirping. We took car back for a third day in a row. They reviewed and suddenly we're told the car required $4400 dollars in repairs!! Unbelievable!! There was absolutely nothing wrong with the vehicle on initial visit. The car only had 70k miles. It took another FULL 13-days from the time of the initial visit until the vehicle was ready for pickup. BMW offered no courtesy vehicle or anything. This experience was an absolute nightmare. I'm still of the belief that the service department screwed up our car fixing recall items and stuck us with a $4k bill. Unbelievable. This is undoubtedly our 1st and Last visit to BMW South and our last BMW purchase. Never again!!! More

BMW of SOUTH ATLANTA ROCKS!!! I had to take my baby in to get her air bags replaced due to the Takata Recall and they were ALL so very courteous, kind, and efficient!
