We purchased a used car from Cobb County Toyota on 06/17/2026. We signed the paperwork electronically, and the staff who prepared the paperwork (Bryce Perryman) told us that we would receive the signe 06/17/2026. We signed the paperwork electronically, and the staff who prepared the paperwork (Bryce Perryman) told us that we would receive the signed documents via. e-mail. The e-mail was not sent on that day, as promised. The next day at 11:41am, I called and asked our salesman, Maxwell Strasser, and asked him to ensure that the documents were sent. He said he would take care of it, but we never received the paperwork. I asked him again in-person on 07/20/2026, when we delivered our trade-in vehicle. We received no response. On 07/09/2026, I the dealership at 4:06pm, to speak with someone in the finance department about this matter. The person who answered the phone told me that Mr. Perryman was not at work. After I asked to speak with someone else, she placed me on hold for several minutes, and subsequently refused to allow me to talk with anyone in the finance department, because they were all "...busy..." I asked her to have someone call me ASAP, and she stated that she took a message from me. No one responded within 24 hours. After I sent a few e-mails to numerous individuals, including a manager, a portion of the documents were finally sent via. e-mail on 07/11/26 (nearly a month after the purchase.) However, seven documents, including the sales order, were not sent. I finally received all of the paperwork on 07/16/26, after yet another phone call. We purchased this vehicle for our son, who turned 16 shortly after the purchase. He loves the car, and was looking forward to taking the road test for his Class D Drivers' License test in the new vehicle, over a week after the vehicle was purchased. The Georgia DDS refused to allow him to use the vehicle for the road test, because the dealership failed to provide us with the sales contract in a timely manner. DDS policy requires a bill of sale for any vehicle that has a dealer tag on it. Although Mr. Perryman told me that he had requested that the tag from our trade-in vehicle be transferred to the new vehicle, we could not put the new tag on the vehicle for the road test, because we had not yet received the registration card, or any other written proof that the tag had been transferred. As of today (07/27/2026,) we still have not received the new registration card. The DDS online records indicate that the license plate is still registered to the vehicle we traded in. The temporary tag expires in 5 days, on 08/01/2026. It looks like I am going to have to make a trip to the tag office to figure this out. Lastly, we were very upset that we were not notified that our new Prius only had one key fob, until AFTER the sale had been finalized. We would need to pay a Toyota dealer $1,000+ to replace this key fob if it were to be lost, since the system in the vehicle would have to be re-programmed. When I expressed my displeasure to Mr. Strasser the next day, he stated that there was nothing that he could do, because the deal had already been finalized. He referred me to the dealer’s parts department to discuss getting a new key fob. When I told them that I had just purchased the vehicle from their dealership, the person I spoke with stated that any discounts or other considerations would need to be worked out with the sales department. Getting this kind of run-around from two departments in the same dealership is asinine. As I recall, the gentleman in the parts department told me that the cost of the new key fob was about $50. The programming fee was about $170, and the labor (for a task that would require no more than 5 minutes) was $200. Paying over $400 for a $50 part is unreasonable. I think it would be prudent for the dealer to provide us with a 2nd key fob, at no cost, given the hassle that we have endured. I made this request on or about 07/11/2026, to several folks at the dealership, including the sales manager. I still have not received a response. This dealer is not recommended. More

I had a great experience with the dealership purchasing a used vehicle (5 Stars for that part). I had to leave the vehicle there for some additional work as part of the sales agreement. There was a lot of used vehicle (5 Stars for that part). I had to leave the vehicle there for some additional work as part of the sales agreement. There was a lot of confusion getting status updates on when the vehicle would be ready. I had to make several calls for updates and at one point it seemed that no one could figure out the status. It did get resolved and I was able to take delivery of the vehicle 48 hours after purchase. I'm very happy with the vehicle and glad I chose to work with this dealership again. More

David was great! He helped me by out my Corolla without pressure. And, helped arrange the one-way return on my rental, as well as my exchange for my busted old car. He helped me by out my Corolla without pressure. And, helped arrange the one-way return on my rental, as well as my exchange for my busted old car. The dealership was also quite great. Bryce was awesome in arranging the financing. As was the person who greeted me at the front door when I first came (I don't know his name). I just wish that the dealership had been a little bit more prompt in contacting me on arranging a towing time for the car that I traded in. More
