I was without a Toyota for the past 5 years, but recently purchased a Tundra and decided to have service at this dealership. As soon as I drove into the service area, I remembered the feeling of confidence I purchased a Tundra and decided to have service at this dealership. As soon as I drove into the service area, I remembered the feeling of confidence I had when I had my Prius serviced here so many times. J C Cooper greeted me with a smile, all the while the area was inundated with a continuous stream of incoming customers. To his credit, he gave me his attention, I made an appointment and returned. My Tundra was repaired quickly and the problem and solution were explained to me so I could understand. I'm not a car-guy, so that alone is impressive. I shall return with the knowledge that I have someone to service my Tundra professionally and ease my concerns. Thank you, J C, and thank you Cobb County Toyota for your efficiency in the service department. After getting service in other non-Toyota dealers over the past 5 years, I am glad to be back. More

The buying experience with Blake was great. The experience with Toyota and the missing 2nd key fob was terrible but I was able to get through it until I hit the service department. Their handling of this was inexcusable and I will NEVER go back. Most of the people I talked to were very polite, but incapable of putting together a simple ordered part with an appointment. They kept telling me that I needed to talk to J Cooper who was never available. (He's at lunch, he leaves at 4pm, he is out for the rest of the week). He'll call you back (He doesn't). The part (key fob) is ordered, the part is not ordered, the part is in, the part in not in, the part doesn't match the VIN#, the part will take 3 plus weeks, the part generally comes in with 24 hours. They made it very clear that they didn't want to provide the service, but they definitely wanted to have me build a list of other service items to perform (the truck has only 7k miles). Horrible, inexcusable experience. More
