Empire Ford of New Bedford is a great family owned business. When I walked in Kevin Periera greeted me and my daughter right away with a smile. He was very patient with me even though I was very ind business. When I walked in Kevin Periera greeted me and my daughter right away with a smile. He was very patient with me even though I was very indecisive about buying a vehicle seeing as how I had only lost mine because someone hit it and it was totaled. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I was comfortable and happy with my purchase. I did not feel pressured at all, unlike my experience at some other dealerships. Being a father himself he was very sweet to my daughter, making sure to answer all of her silly 5 year old questions and comments as well. The rest of the staff were very friendly also and it was a great experience buying a car at Empire Ford of New Bedford. More
