Great experience! Friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff. We took a test drive, did some negotiating and signed the papers all in two hours. Everyone at the dealership was excellent. Not "pushy" in any way and a pleasure to deal with. John in sales showed me a few options in my price range and Bryce worked his magic with the numbers. No issues with sales department. All very courteous and helpful. Only complaint is getting car registration and inspection. Also spent a couple hours waiting for device to change head light bulb. Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealer. It is the same as every other dealership. Come in, let me upsell you a car, have a good day. I will say John does do well to say hi when I come in the dealership for maintenance.
