My experience with this dealership has always been spot on. From Nixon and that team to Lisa(?) in the loan can department and last but not least, Ally and Bryce(mgr). They make sure you are taken care and discrepancies are resolved in a fair manner(my last visit for example) The concerns I have come from the mechanics/ technicians. 4 times my vehicle has been in your dealership. Pre purchase (certification) and three scheduled service visits. Each time techs have stated my vehicle was in tip top condition when inspected. . And yet when technician Luis inspected my vehicle this 4th visit, he identifies an issue with my braking system that the previous 4 people didn’t. That’s concerning to me for a multitude of reasons. My family thanks Luis for identifying this gross oversight. But again Ally and her manager act swiftly to correct this issue and make it whole. I commend them for going above and beyond. We thank you for the service and hope you take these areas of concern seriously. More

Even though this is the second time we’ve been in since purchasing the vehicle on Feb. 5, 2025, I feel like we have been taken care of very well. When we started having issues, I thought, we might feel unwelcomed. I also felt that possibly no one would want to help us. This is not the situation at all. We have been treated extremely well and I feel that Bryan and Bryce were sincere. This is extremely important to me. I was given a courtesy car to use while they worked on my car. About loaner cars, how about all electric options for those of us who drive only electric cars? I haven’t bought gas in over 3 years and I don’t want to start paying for gas just for a loaner. When I picked up the hybrid loaner it only had 3 miles left on the charge despite seeing a charger hanging in the service bay. My only complaint today was the worry of possibly paying for gas :) Thank you to Bryce and the kind lady at the loaner counter. I appreciate the service and kindness. More
