Bryn was wonderful to work with as we went through the process of acquiring our new 2022 Volvo XC60 in July; he was knowledgeable, kept us apprised of the shipping schedule, and procured our additional ac process of acquiring our new 2022 Volvo XC60 in July; he was knowledgeable, kept us apprised of the shipping schedule, and procured our additional accessories. Overall, Bryn made this a very satisfying and painless purchase. After 5 months of ownership, we are thoroughly enjoying our XC60. It's a solidly built vehicle with no rattles or squeaks, the ride is great, and no mechanical or body issues. We highly recommend the XC60 and the Penkhus dealership. More

I saw the vehicle that we, (the wife and I) were interested in online and called the dealership to schedule a test drive. They had the vehicle out front and ready when we arrived. We were warmly gre interested in online and called the dealership to schedule a test drive. They had the vehicle out front and ready when we arrived. We were warmly greeted by Bryn who went over the vehicle features and options with us. We test drove the vehicle and decided to purchase it for asking price. After the typical discussions, a nice cup of coffee, and pre paperwork, we were 'presented' (over an hour later) with an offer $10,000 above the asking price. What? Not a good way to make a sale. I was able to eliminate most of the 'add ons' they tried to stick us with. That brings me to the final table. After several hours, we were finally about to sign the purchase agreement. The finance guy was not the friendliest and welcoming person I've ever met. But hey, we all have bad days. He was most interested in selling us the 'super duper extended warranty' you know..because these newer vehicles have so much stuff on them that can go wrong. And repairs would be astronomical. Are you anticipating that a vehicle we buy from you is going to need astronomical repairs? This was not the ideal and most pleasant way to end our vehicle purchase experience. Our salesman, Bryn, was a delight and joy to work with. My question: Why does it take so long to purchase a vehicle? I'm glad I didn't have to deal with financing or trade in paperwork. If this took any longer, I would have had to request dinner. More
