Bryan was a pleasure to work with. We purchased a vehicle from Bryn and had to have it shipped from Colorado to Oregon. It was a unique situation and Bryn was very responsive and helpful when we had concerns from Bryn and had to have it shipped from Colorado to Oregon. Overall the experience with Bob Penkhus Volvo was just okay. Being we were finalizing paperwork from another state, it seemed the process was dated and signing involved sending ppwk over night back and forth instead of using Docusign or another program for signing remotely. If made the process take longer than expected. Especially after I made a mistake of checking a box, which was my fault and I didn’t realize how important that box was. They didn’t catch it until the car was just about to be loaded on the truck to be shipped. They had to redo the ppwk and were going to over night it to us just to get it notarized and sent back. My husband had to problem solved around getting things done quicker and they emailed me the ppwk instead. We were told different reasons for why we had to have it notarized which was somewhat frustrating, but apparently it came down to the bank catching it was an out of state purchase. And then once they received it back from us, they over nighted it to the bank. It just all seemed rather sloppy. The staff was pleasant and kind in working to get the problem solved, just wish they had a better system in play and were all on the same page. More

While I was filling out the paperwork for my purchase my fiancé saw a car he was interested in. Bryn immediately got the keys and sent him on his way for a test drive. The very next day my fiancé drove 3 hours back down to purchase that car from Bryn, who came in on his day off might I mention. Their customer service is above and beyond and I have never had a more perfect car buying experience. Bryn is an incredible salesman who seems to genuinely care about your needs and wants. We will most definitely be working with them in the future! More
