PHENOMENAL Dealership!! Last Sunday 10/18/15 I came in with my husband, mom and dad to find myself a car as I am 35 weeks pregnant and looking for the 2016 ES300h. I fell in Last Sunday 10/18/15 I came in with my husband, mom and dad to find myself a car as I am 35 weeks pregnant and looking for the 2016 ES300h. I fell in love with the car earlier this year because of the face lift, less gas use, and safety features for my little one. John, salesman: Greeted us as soon as we parked in the parking lot. He's a no pressure type of guy. He knows his stuff. He answered every question my dad had about hybrids. He also took the time to take all of the hybrids I wanted to test drive with my parents and husband. He pulled an NX hybrid and RX hybrid as I had requested and he said that if it didn't come equip with everything I wanted, he could find one for me. After a few hours, I knew that I wanted the Caviar ES300h 2016. He presented my parents' offer to the GM despite my parents' bargain for a deep discount. Let's just say we got a better offer with a better car than we had intended. John exceeded all of my expectations as a salesperson. Bryon Burdette: Mr. 11!! (out of 10) as my mom would say. So the original car I test drove had some deep scratches. Luckily, one was in storage and I was able to get that one for a GREAT price since it would take another trip to Sacramento to pick up the car and I didn't want to leave the lot empty handed. During the process of buying the car, Mr Burdette offered to buy us lunch which is a plus when it comes to 35 week pregnant women. We declined and the team got us going on the road in no time. Thanks Bryon! Bryan Glass: 2 words: Quick service! (as I was getting impatient due to my hunger pains).My husband and I are pretty tech savvy but he gave us the rundown of what was offered in the car as we waited for the car fro being detailed. We were able to relate on a personal level and he provided us all the information we needed to feel comfortable with our purchase. Brian, the sales manager was also a pleasure to work with. He did his due diligence and got us a great deal on our slightly used car with payments exactly where we wanted them. We finished the paperwork with Michael. He made the process easy and was he was very entertaining! We had a great time completing the deal and could not be happier with our purchase. The employees must be treated well at this dealership because it shows in how they interact with the customers. If I could buy another car right now, I would go right back to Lexus of Sacramento! Lonnie, our sales person, patiently listened to our needs, gave me time to test drive different models, and provided a Lexus that met everything I wanted in a car. Through a 'no-pressure' financial exchange, we bought a beautiful ES 350. Many other Lexus employees were very helpful: Vanessa, Bryon, Mike and Mark.
