Hello my name is Bryson Smith and I’m one of our Finance Managers here at Jim Ellis Kia. I started my sales career as a home theater expert for Best Buy, but then shortly after, developed a passion for Automobile Sales. I’m currently working on my degree at Kennesaw State University. Whenever I’m not at the dealership you can typically either find me online running a gaming channel on YouTube or finding my time trying to stick to some sort of gym schedule with friends. Chris Vallejo greeted my husband and I and 2 grandsons. He wanted to know what we were looking for and how to accommodate us in our search as to what was more important in regards to pricing, safety, etc. He wanted to know what we were looking for and how to accommodate us in our search as to what was more important in regards to pricing, safety, etc. I highly recommend asking for him if you're going there. We were looking for one of the grandsons, and Chris was very knowledgeable, great personality and very professional, and explained every feature of the car from front to finish. MOST of all he was very PATIENT with our group! He helped us to find exactly what we wanted and needed, and they closed at 7 p.m. but he and Bryson in financing stayed so we didn't have to drive back the next day (we live 2 hours away). We all left very happy-especially the new owner of the car! Thank you Chris for making this such a memorable experience with my grandson's first car and taking the time to show him how to work everything inside and out! More

We had an excellent experience at Jim Ellis Kia of Kennesaw! Everyone was helpful, honest, knowledgeable and kind, especially our Kia brand specialist, Jack Sticklin. It was a pleasant, no pressure process from beginning to end. Jack listened and showed us exactly what we were interested in and expanded to show us a few additional, similar options. Because of his depth of knowledge and honesty, we were able to trust the process and purchased a vehicle the entire family is excited about. Our 11 year old thinks Jack and the Telluride are pretty cool, and this indecisive mom purchasing a car for the first time in 13 years appreciated Jack's patience (and her husband's too, ha). Bryson Smith was informative, friendly and managed the financing fairly.
