Hello my name is Bryson Smith and I’m one of our Finance Managers here at Jim Ellis Kia. I started my sales career as a home theater expert for Best Buy, but then shortly after, developed a passion for Automobile Sales. I’m currently working on my degree at Kennesaw State University. Whenever I’m not at the dealership you can typically either find me online running a gaming channel on YouTube or finding my time trying to stick to some sort of gym schedule with friends. This is our second car purchase with Jim Ellis Kia. We worked with Kat Nunn on the first purchase in 2020 and had an excellent experience. This time we were needing to shop on behalf of our daughter, We worked with Kat Nunn on the first purchase in 2020 and had an excellent experience. This time we were needing to shop on behalf of our daughter, who is away at school. We had the normal criteria: safety, reliability, comfort, not too big but large enough for her dog. We contacted Kat and she put us in touch with Jack Stricklin. Jack is professional, respectful, and patient. He listened to our concerns and showed us the model we thought would be best. He then asked key questions and, as the discussion moved forward, he shared his knowledge of the Kia line which helped us discover the Sportage. His advice on Certified Pre Owned also helped make us make an informed buying decision. When it came time to discuss price, we simply asked for the very best offer they could make and we would see if it fit our budget. He honored our request and came out with a drive-out price. They offered a very fair price on the first car, a 2022 Sportage, but we opted to wait. Early that next week, Jack texted to show us a 2020 Sportage that was available and could easily become CPO. He also provided their best price to save time. After a couple of visits/test drives, we took the 2020 Sportage. Financing went as smooth as possible and Bryson was a tremendous help in working with our lender to get the very best interest rate. Our daughter couldn't be happier! The Sportage completely exceeded her expectations. She loves all of its smart features and feels very safe while driving. As parents, we are very, very grateful. A huge thanks to Jack, Kat, and the whole Jim Ellis Kia team for going the extra mile. When it's time for our next car purchase, we will definitely call Jack. More

We have limited experience with the service department since the car is one month old. The first item was my checking the brake fluid. The brake fluid is very clear and filled very full so I did not see t since the car is one month old. The first item was my checking the brake fluid. The brake fluid is very clear and filled very full so I did not see the fluid line in my darkish garrage. They pointed this out to me. I am ok with this service. The second item was the right rear tire started leaking and showed low after 10 days. The Kia has lots of warranties except for a tire road hazard warranty. The puncture was far enough toward the sidewall to not be repairable. They wanted 50% more than where I normally purchase tires and still would not include the road hazard warranty offered elsewhere. I declined this service. More

Mackenzie and Bryson were kind and professional. I do have a complaint that the wait time at this dealership is astronomical. I was there from 10:30 am until late in the afternoon/evening with my toddler and I had never waited this long at a dealership before. Ever. I was given a your of my new car once purchased. They did text and email to check on me and how satisfied I was after purchase. I really love their warranties they give and that Jim Ellis Kia of Kennesaw offers a lifetime powertrain warranty according to Mackenzie. Overall satisfied. I do hope they work on efficiency but otherwise I have no complaints. More
