He was totality prepared for my appointment, as requested he had both vehicles I wanted to see parked side by side (near the showroom). Within a matter of minutes I was on the road for a test drive. Upon my return, price and trade-in value negotiations fell short of my expectations and I decided to leave buying for another day. During the next week I continued to shop, kept in touch with Tyler. Tyler was always prompt answering my emails, including just friendly chit chat. Bottom line is that Tyler never hesitated to answer my questions, never used any pressure tactics or sales gimmicks. He worked very hard and was doing his best to ensure my satisfaction with Bommarito, even if I did not purchase a vehicle from them. At delivery he made sure the car was well detailed, and went over all the operational features with me. After the sale he continued to answer all of my questions promptly. I highly recommend Tyler to anyone wanting to purchase a Nissan. More

BEST car buying experience EVER! Thanks to Doug!! I'll start off with saying my dad and I went to a different Nissan dealership first. The salesman did not even offer to do a test drive. So we went to bommarito in Hazelwood, thank goodness. Doug greeted us with such energy and enthusiasm and immediately went to get a car for us to test drive. I secretly told my dad, well I think we're buying a car from Doug today. He was truly an amazing salesman! If it hadn't been for his personality, we may have left empty handed. We also met with Bud and Tom Bommarito. As far as the review about Tom previously, I'm pretty sure ALL general managers have to be a little jerky to run a successful business. I wouldn't label him as super warm and friendly, however he was very respectful and nice! Bud and Greg, the finance guy were also very nice. But if it hadn't been for Doug, I wouldn't be home with this amazing car right now! If only every car salesman could be like him! I am very pleased with my purchase and so happy to have given them my business! I look forward to working with Doug and Bommarito in the future!!! More
