We have always had a Dodge Ram, as the miles creeped up we kept in touch with Burton Pierce. The day came, the 2012 sale ad in the paper, brought us to the lot to look. He answered all our questions, and when it came time for the sale, made it as easy as can be, spent time with us on our new Dodge and it's features since our last purchase in 2005. I was in a difficult financial situation do to a recent divorce. I was going to have to take a huge loss on the newer of two cars, and trying to sell it on my own was proving to be difficult. I brought both cars to Lithia, and discussed several options. Burton, Gary, and Austin were compassionate, and very thoughtful. They brainstormed and presented me with an option that I would not have thought of. I was able to purchase a brand new car for $30 more per month than I was paying for an '05 Chrysler 300 with 82,000 miles. I will be able to sell the older car for some profit and put it in the bank. My overall payment dropped by $100 per month compared to what I was paying for both cars, and I walked away with a beautiful 2013 Dodge Avenger. And they saved me a huge headache and lots of stress, and I had no out of pocket expenses. I really feel these gentlemen went the extra mile for me! More
