Great Buying Experience We arrived at the Dealership mid afternoon on a Saturday. We were met and greeted at the door by Joey McGuire, our Sales Specialists. He listened to our wants for the new car to be equipped with. He made sure we knew where the snack bar was located before he headed out to get the first car to test drive. We had a couple of test drives and were pretty much ready to buy, however my wife and I both felt the car we were looking at was missing the pizzazz we wanted. We decided to look at a Buick Enclave and Joey brought one around. It was a 2019 Buick Enclave Avenir, which we proceeded to take on a test drive. When we got back to the dealership my wife and looked at each other and nodded, “this is the one!” It had the pizzazz we we looking for! We made the deal and proceeded with the paperwork working with Butch Bugg. I have never had a clearer explanation of our purchasing and coverage option than the one Butch provided. It was a great car buying experience! More

I was served by Saif, who explained everything to me in layman's terms and answered every question that I had about either leasing or financing. He listened to my request and made sure to get me exactly what I needed for my particular lifestyle. Him and Butch negotiated on my behalf to make sure I received affordable payments. Saif was like a cool big brother or uncle while Butch was like a wise father figure. I did not feel as if I was being hustled for my money. I felt like I was having a real genuine conversation with people who wanted the best for me. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a used or new car. Understanding I originally contacted this dealership because I was interested in a Chevy Avalanche. Tony Manthy contacted me right away and was able to meet with me on a Sunday to show me the truck. At the initial sit down I was able to explain to Tony my situation with trying to start my credit. He immediately informed me that they had programs geared towards clients like me and that they were able to help me. Once we got that aside, Tony asked me various questions about why I was interested in the truck and what was going to be the main purpose of the vehicle and I explained to Tony that it was going to be mainly from home to work and pick up kids from school. Tony, did not hesitate to turn around and show me other options that could fit that use and purpose while yet being a newer and lower priced vehicle. After getting to see the other options on the lot and gathering all the information that Tony was able to provide for me. I was able to make an informative decision on my purchase of a 2013 Buick Lacrosse while yet starting my credit. Tony and the rest of the staff are very friendly and courteous while yet understanding the point of view of the customer. They don't push you to agree to a sell, they inform you before you agree to buy. This dealership has definitely won my business and my referrals. More
