The day I went to look at the vehicle, he had helped me with, he was available and had the vehicle prepared for me to take a closer look at. I really liked the vehicle and Big Tony was quick to work with me on my trade. Over all my experience was very good and everyone was very professional and helpful. When it was time to complete all the paperwork, to complete the sale, Butch Bugg was very accommodating and very professional. He was able to offer me some extra incentives, which I appreciated very much. Again there was a very high level of professionalism from everyone at this dealership. I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family and would certainly recommend Big Tony as the sales person and Butch Bugg as the financial person to work with on any purchases. A salesman that is willing to go the extra mile. I've been to Chevrolet for the past two vehicles I've owned. When I was introduced to Chris, I got a good vibe that he would be able to get me into my I've been to Chevrolet for the past two vehicles I've owned. We looked around at the new Cruzes and a couple other cars. we weren't able to get my payments where I wanted. Chris didn't give up tough. He walked me through the used lot to find my new car. A 2017 Honda Accord. we worked about 7 hours to be able to get me into this car. He helped me find a good finance group. He gave me an insurance company that was reliable and affordable. Chris did everything he could to make sure I was happy with my purchase. He even followed me to be able to take my other vehicle home to drive my new car off the lot. Everyone at Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC of Murfreesboro are tremendous help and courteous to your needs. Chris especially made sure if I needed a drink or a snack. Or if I didn't understand something. He was more than happy to explain everything in great detail. To top it off, He threw in car washes, bumper to bumper coverage for 72,000 miles and a lifetime powertrain warranty. This was by far my best experience at any dealership and Chris made sure of that. More
