GAINING A NEW RESPECT FOR HENRY BROWN GMC OPERATIONS Butch Shearer was my Internet Sales Manager and turned out to be "VERY" knowledgeable about what he was doing and presented himself in a professional Butch Shearer was my Internet Sales Manager and turned out to be "VERY" knowledgeable about what he was doing and presented himself in a professional manner. He explained everything to my satisfaction. In fact, he has offered his time to help me with anything concerning the mechanics and new technology of my new 2018 GMC Acadia SLT.
