I was very surprised by how easy the whole process was with this dealership. This dealership actually honors their new vehicle online pricing and they had the purchase documentation prepared very quickly. They also delivered the truck to us the next day and we are located over 6 hours away from the dealership! I am very astounded at how quickly the process went, I only wish I found them sooner. Byron, in finance, also helped me by answering all of my questions and made sure I was getting the warranty I needed for my vehicle. From Vegas to Georgia I found the truck I wanted on line, called the dealership, they made a personalized video showing the truck that I had chosen and sent a pic of the wi I found the truck I wanted on line, called the dealership, they made a personalized video showing the truck that I had chosen and sent a pic of the window sticker. When I flew out to Georgia they picked me up at the airport and took me to the dealership. The process was quick and easy. They were knowledgeable about the product, taught me what I need to know. When they found a problem with the truck they took it to the service department and attempted to fix the issue. The whole experience was over all five star. More

Great experience. Treat you like family! I went with the intentions of buying an older model work truck for my business. I was preparing myself to deal with the whole "upselling" and "bait I went with the intentions of buying an older model work truck for my business. I was preparing myself to deal with the whole "upselling" and "bait and switch " tactics that dealerships are known for. However, there was no hassles and the entire process was quite pleasant.
