My wife and I visited Shottenkirk Toyota Granbury to look at a 2019 Toyota Highlander that we had seen on their Internet Sales website. We traveled 2 1/2 hours and were ready to purchase, but also ready to w at a 2019 Toyota Highlander that we had seen on their Internet Sales website. We traveled 2 1/2 hours and were ready to purchase, but also ready to walk away if terms were not agreeable. Jeff Logan was the sole reason for our Toyota Highlander purchase. His expertise, personable interaction, and vehicle knowledge were very impressive. Jeff’s professionalism made us feel respected and valued as customers. Best Experience in Service From the start to the finish a great Service experience for the Servicing of my 2013 Tacoma. Melissa is Truly Awesome at her job as a Service Writer. I told her what I needed for my Tacoma and she took the a very qualified Toyota Tech named Ron. He evaluated all my needs and Melissa brought me a printed with everything my Tacoma at the 114,000 miles that are currently on it. It was all done in timely professional manner and given back to me fresh washed and ready to go until my next Service mileage. Toyota is a great vehicle and the Service at Shottenkirk Toyota Granbury is the Best. More
