Service was professional and done in timely manner. When making the appt by phone the employee updated all my information. Then at car drop off another employee confirmed the info. Had a oil change and a wash, the wash pulled off the front hood clip, no attempt to make it right. Just a poor attempt to place blame that it was because the clip is painted. integrity with repairs I had just bought a used certified vehicle from them and the blower was out on the air conditioner when I tried it 4 weeks later and this was repaired I had just bought a used certified vehicle from them and the blower was out on the air conditioner when I tried it 4 weeks later and this was repaired with no charge and I was able to use a loaner car. I really appreciate Melissa in Service and George who works on the cars as they are both awesome and care about the customers. Another young man helped me and he was also great. Thank you so very much!!! More
