Neither the GSM, GM, nor SM introduced themselves, and they appeared disengaged throughout the process. Financing also took longer than expected; while I was told 3:00 p.m., the process wasn’t completed until closer to 4:30 p.m. I do appreciate that my wife was provided a ride home during the wait. This would have easily been a 5-star experience if more effort had been made by management. CJ, however, is a solid 5 out of 5 and deserves full recognition. More
