We had a great experience with purchasing a used vehicle from Kenny Ross Ford. The salesman Mike Fisher worked with us very professionally and was extremely helpful throughout. The finance department also d from Kenny Ross Ford. The salesman Mike Fisher worked with us very professionally and was extremely helpful throughout. The finance department also did an excellent job in explaining our options and explaining the details. We had a minor problem with a tire pressure sensor after we left the lot. Mike was very helpful and responsive in getting the problem rectified for us. The service department did an excellent job in installing the replacement part and resolving the problem. I would highly recommend purchasing a new or used vehicle from Kenny Ross Ford and Mike Fisher. I will definitely be back. More
