Support after purchase has also been stellar—there are some incentives that came with the F150 Lightning that require some assistance from the dealer and he confirmed quickly that everything had been processed on their end and even provided documentary support for it. From the initial phone contact through the test drive and dreaded paperwork, CJ was fantastic through it all. I’ve only bought a few cars from dealerships and this is the first time I’ve ever dealt with a salesperson or dealer and had a good enough experience to want to return again. More
