It all started with Corey, because my service writer was out sick, he saw me looking like I didn’t know what to do next. He grabbed me and said “ I got you”, granted he got me to do some required maintenanc out sick, he saw me looking like I didn’t know what to do next. He is not the only person there that was great to us and seemed happy doing their jobs at Beaver like Tim Clarke and Romero. I drive 15 extra miles to go to Beaver. More

I was disappointed that the website didn't show prices for routine services, and was not easy for me to navigate. I believe the service on my vehicle was done correctly, so no complaints there. There was major sticker shock concerning the price of wiper blades, but I put my big boy pants on and paid it. I had received an e-mail offering a free offer for my car, but when I asked they said to take it to sales for an appraisal. After being at the dealership almost four hours already, I decided to skip it. More

Flat out bad communication. Did not return multiple calls/voicemails over two days. Took me returning in person to the service department to get information. Had to engage the Service Department Manager who did take care of my vehicle. Was most concerned with the responses from Corey when asked why he didn’t call or respond to any of the 4 voicemails, “figured I’d call when I heard from a tech”. Expected that he would be an advocate for the customer to seek that information out. Felt like he couldn’t have cared less. More
