We paid for a trifold bed cover for our new truck that was purchased April 2nd, however the service personnel installed the wrong bed cover. We had it removed and waiting for the correct cover to come i was purchased April 2nd, however the service personnel installed the wrong bed cover. Thanks john for letting me waste 1000$ on a service i didn’t really need. Told him on the phone my transmission fluid % was low and he recommended me the 2 quart top-off. Which in context to the average didn’t really need. Told him on the phone my transmission fluid % was low and he recommended me the 2 quart top-off. Which in context to the average person sounds like a slight life expectancy increase of my transmission fluid. This didn’t increase the life expectancy of my transmission fluid and my dash still shows the same amount of % which when explained, they said they remove two quartz of fluid when they fix the transmission filter and added two quartz back. There was absolutely no point of doing this “small” service when i’ll need to go back to the dealership for the big service in the same amount of time as if i never got this service done. Never written a bad review in my life since I usually give people the benefit of the doubt, but this was ridiculous. I really hope your dealership records calls so you can see why I'm so bitter about this situation. More
