I have had no major repairs done at this dealership. Although, when I purchased this new vehicle it was delivered to me dirty with trash on the floors. Vehicle was taken in for minor issues. Again, upon picking the vehicle up it was dirtier than it was when dropped off. I guess I am use to the foreign manufacturers ( Honda, Toyota, etc.) ensuring that your vehicle is washed/ vacuumed and clean upon returning it to you. So, nothing really “special” about the service department or dealership. More

Setting up appointment on line for my preferred date and time was easy. the service waiting area was crowded but plenty of seating with donuts, sandwiches, popcorn chips and water, as well as my husband's f time was easy. the service waiting area was crowded but plenty of seating with donuts, sandwiches, popcorn chips and water, as well as my husband's favorite jellybeans. Disappointed with John in the service center for my first experience with this dealership. He was assigned to be my advisor to take care of a noise I was hearing in my brand new car. Could never get him on t experience with this dealership. He was assigned to be my advisor to take care of a noise I was hearing in my brand new car. Could never get him on the phone, didn’t return my calls even with messages being left. After it sat for 3 days..I had to drive up to the dealership just hear him say “I drove it around the parking lot Monday and couldn’t hear anything”. Instead of calling me to ask me to come show him the noise he was doing a whole lot of nothing and said there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. Turns out there was a recall released at the beginning of the month for the exact problem I was having. (that he was clearly unaware of).. not sure how considering that’s part of his job. Everyone else in the service department have been very understanding/nice. However, the experience I had with John put a bad taste in my mouth. More
