We told him we were just beginning to look for a replacement for our Nissan Murano. There was no hard sell and his patience was appreciated. He called once a month later just to touch base, again no hard sell. We visited him at the dealership in June as we had decided on an RDX, at that time he offered detailed information on features and helped us decide on exactly the features we wanted. We returned in July and concluded the deal. The best encounter I have ever had at an auto dealer and I have had many. More
