Caitlin was her usual friendly, efficient, professional self. It is always an easy check-in with Catie. She arranged for a shuttle to return me home and get me picked up to get my car after service. Nick and Tom are great drivers. I felt safe in their care. Steve was an added bonus on my ride home. Justin provided the video of the service and was clear on what he did servicing my car. Loved getting my clean car back. I appreciate that Will greets me by name and treats me with respect. He always checks to see if I need anything. I have to give stars to your Cashier, unfortunately, I don't know her name. She did a great job checking me out. Amanda always makes a point to say hello when I am at the dealership. It makes me feel good. Always glad to interface with the entire team. More

North Penn went above and beyond to make sure I wasn’t inconvenienced and took great care of me throughout the process. The issue was related to a manufacturer/software update and not something within the inconvenienced and took great care of me throughout the process. The issue was related to a manufacturer/software update and not something within their control, but they still handled everything professionally and made sure my vehicle was safe and ready to go.
