Burgessfour, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. As shown in the video from the technician, the items you listed above were recommendations based on what he could visually see. The replacement of the front brake pads was necessary due to wear and the technician was recommending the rotor replacement due to the scoring on the surface, which is shown in the video we sent you. The brake fluid was a recommendation based on time and mileage. We haven't seen the vehicle for over 15,000miles so we are unaware of the service that has been completed recently. As for the alignment on the vehicle, the technician noticed that you had new tires installed fairly recently and states in the video that if you hadn't had the alignment completed he would recommend performing it to ensure the tires wear evenly and you get the full life out of them. This was in no way to deceive you, but to make sure that your vehicle is up to date on maintenance to extend its life. We pride ourselves on honesty and transparency and in no way do we want you to feel that we are trying to rip you off, but rather suggesting the maintenance that Mazda recommends be performed.
