Been going to the dealership for a very long time Amanda is absolutely amazing everybody there is so friendly and accommodating. Thank you so much. North Penn went above and beyond to make sure I wasn’t inconvenienced and took great care of me throughout the process. The issue was related to a manufacturer/software update and not something within the inconvenienced and took great care of me throughout the process. The issue was related to a manufacturer/software update and not something within their control, but they still handled everything professionally and made sure my vehicle was safe and ready to go.
