The staff is always so courteous and lyk asap of anything that may need replacing or repair. They wash my car upon completion and provide a diagnostic check of everything they did. The service has gotten worse. I had an apportionment and I sat in my car a good 10 or more minutes waiting on a person to check me in they were some standing around helping peopl I had an apportionment and I sat in my car a good 10 or more minutes waiting on a person to check me in they were some standing around helping people, some seating g in there office with now customers,one guy came and told me someone will be with me.My time didn't seem to matter to knowbody but me.
