I would never buy a car from Bud Clary, but they are the only Toyota dealership in Moses, so I have to have all of my service done there if I don’t want to go out of town. Overall experience is I don’t feel only Toyota dealership in Moses, so I have to have all of my service done there if I don’t want to go out of town. I bought a prepaid maintenance up to 75,000 for my highlander and already Bud Clary has made it sound like it will not honor it because in the guys mind I talked to, that didn’t exist. Funny because when Toyota sent me my service plan card it looks real enough. I haven’t hit this portion of my Toyota care plus, but based on the conversation I have had it looks like I will be going out of town to get that part of my service that I paid for honored. Bud clary enjoys being the primary dealership in town, and rather than create an atmosphere of loyalty and trust they treat people poorly and once the deal is done they want to be done with you. Shame on them. More
