Such as air filters that we just recently changed for about $10 each, in 15 minutes time. The company would charge us $60+ for each filter and they did not need replacing. One time we were told that our dodge was in desperate need of transmission service as the fluid was very dirty. When I picked my vehicle up I presented the service desk with a receipt for the transmission being serviced the previous week. They were not even interested in remarking on this. While I use them for my needed toyota/dodge service, EVERYTHING they recommend is suspect. Hopefully they will prove to have changed this policy in time. Thank you. More
