Had my new truck come in for a recall. Service was nice up until not having a loaner vehicle for the 4 hours they needed to do the inspection on my truck They do have a shuttle service to Service was nice up until not having a loaner vehicle for the 4 hours they needed to do the inspection on my truck They do have a shuttle service to drop me off somewhere, but it’s only limited to Moses Lake. My home base and work are in Ephrata, it makes no sense to not have loaner vehicles for services like these that take 4 hours. Especially since the only other Toyota dealership option I have is Wenatchee. More
