terrible service would not recommend to anyone took my truck in to have a house put on to pass smog on Tuesday at 8:15 was told they would start on it at 8:45 never did so and never bothered to call back truck in to have a house put on to pass smog on Tuesday at 8:15 was told they would start on it at 8:45 never did so and never bothered to call back when I left messages or be courteous. to call and say it would not be ready. Waited around on Wednesday same thing even when I call and left more messages finally around 5 I spoke with a live person and was told it needed 4 hoses that they had to get and would not be ready till Thursday. This lack of communication needs to be addressed as your customer service is awful I have already left a message on yelp stating how awful Ford Dealership is. I will never be coming back there I will find some place else who cares about there customers better. More
