I am disappointed that the dealership appeared to be concerned a out my bad experience with my Explorer's service, but then it never followed up like they said they would. I had to drive out if my way twice (40 minutes each way) to have work done thatvwas scheduled to be done in one appointment. AIso, I couldn't get any information on recall items.
