My service advisor Dana was amazing. She was very thorough and understanding of my service questions and concerns with my vehicle. They were very prompt and getting my vehicle in and dia She was very thorough and understanding of my service questions and concerns with my vehicle. They were very prompt and getting my vehicle in and diagnosed. They did an excellent job recognizing additional service related needs for my vehicle. The estimate for repairs was very detailed and itemized. The service manager and Dana in addition to other members of the dealership were very happy to work with me on pricing to minimize as much process as possible, which was greatly appreciated. It wound up saving me over $1000 in repair cost and we’re still able to get all the repairs notated fixed. They provided detailed pictures of before and after on my repairs, which was greatly appreciated and communicated with me via text, email, phone call on a regular basis to keep me updated on the status of my vehicle. Even through the Christmas and New Year’s holidays they were very good at communicating updates. I highly recommend Elk Grove Ford service center and you should definitely ask for Dana. She will take care of you.!!! Thank you Elk Grove Ford and all the team members that assisted me and worked on my vehicle. More
