There was no greeter when I dropped the truck off. In most dealerships a service person comes to the vehicle and inquires how they can help. There was no such person at the time of my appointment. In most dealerships a service person comes to the vehicle and inquires how they can help. There was no such person at the time of my appointment. When I picked my truck up I was told by the service desk the truck was parked behind the service department. It was an Easter Egg hunt from there looking for the truck. Once again most dealership will drive the truck to front of the service facility once they know you are there to pick up your vehicle. The drop off and pick up process needs to be improved. More
