I had an excellent experience today, March 5, 2026, at Heritage Honda Bel Air purchasing my first brand-new car, a 2026 Honda Civic Hatchback Sport in Sand Dune. My salesperson, Caleb Atabong, was fantastic from start to finish. He was patient, knowledgeable, and really helped me with everything, making sure I understood each step of the process. He never made me feel pressured and took the time to answer all my questions, which made my first new car purchase smooth and enjoyable. The sales manager who worked with us was also great, even though I unfortunately can’t remember his name. He was very professional, fair, and helped make the deal work for us. We previously bought a used 2020 Honda CR‑V from this dealership in September 2024, and that experience was also excellent. It’s clear that Heritage Honda Bel Air consistently provides great service. I really appreciate how respectful and straightforward everyone was throughout the experience.
