Sorry to say, my all-too-brief experience with Heritage Honda was just terrible. I was assured by their Internet manager that they had 2 2025 CR-Vs exactly like I wanted. I had an hour drive to the dealers Honda was just terrible. I was assured by their Internet manager that they had 2 2025 CR-Vs exactly like I wanted. I had an hour drive to the dealership then another hour drive home, and wanted this to be productive. Once arriving, it took a while for somebody to acknowledge me, but then I was eventually waited on. Caleb came and asked how he could help. I gave him very specific information on the exact model, year, and trim level that I wanted, as well as specific reasoning for not wanting anything else. He then became argumentative and was suggesting alternatives that were not options for me. I quickly escalated to the sales manager Joan, who said that the models I wanted had been sold, but the Internet manager wasn't aware? Inventory tracking of Honda automobiles is supposed to be tracked in real-time. I was there 20 minutes and walked out and drove home. Of all the transactions for Honda automobiles I've done over the years, almost all quite pleasant, this was one of the worst. To Heritage Honda: I will never again consider your dealership for any sales or service needs. More

I was interested in purchasing a CRV hybrid with a light interior. It appears that Honda makes very few CRVs with a light interior. I called the dealership and was told the car I wanted and saw on line was interior. It appears that Honda makes very few CRVs with a light interior. I called the dealership and was told the car I wanted and saw on line was still available. I also used the on line conversation box and it was verified via the VIN # that the car was available. I went in and met with a sales person and manager for 3 hours on a Friday. The car that I verified x 2 different methods was not at that dealership. I was told the car was elsewhere and they would pick it up Saturday. I left a deposit check with the dealership. I did not receive a call on Saturday so called on Monday. I was told they would research it and call me right back...never heard back. I called again on Tuesday and asked to speak to a manager since both the salesperson and the manager who assisted me were out that day. I was told I would get a call back shortly after researching the situation. I received a call 4 hours later and was told the car had been sold and the car posted on line was there in error. It took 5 days to find out that the car multiple people told me was available was never really available for purchase. More
