Throughout the entire process, everyone we dealt with was personable and professional! We live more than an hour away from Inver Grove Toyota, with two other Toyota dealerships on the way. This is the first vehicle I have ever driven that does not start with a key . ( I have driven many different makes & models over the past 57 years.)
