Caleb called us the day before visiting Suntrup and assured us that he will be able to give us the car and the price he quoted us on the phone. After having a bad experience at other dealerships the previous week, we were not very hopeful. To our surprise, when we arrived at Suntrup, Caleb responded promptly to our need and request, and got right down to business without wasting time. He answered all our questions patiently and was transparent with the breakdown of the car price, as he promised. We appreciated his honesty and efficiency, which made this one of the smoothest car purchasing experience ever. One more thing that we appreciated was that Caleb walked us through the next steps of paperwork and what we can expect in a clear fashion. Then, Bobby in finance, who was also extremely helpful and organized, finalized the purchase without unnecessary delays. Caleb was also highly knowledgeable about the car. He showed us all the basic operations and key technologies in the car, which was pretty cool. By the time he was done, we felt quite comfortable with many of its safety and fun features. We were introduced to Caleb Sturgeon, and got right to business. I started out explaining that I'd be trading in my current vehicle and wanting to upgrade to a compact SUV, and my dad went into specifics of the engine size, mileage, etc. Caleb came up with a couple suggestions for our test drive (Santa Fe SEL and Tucson). We test drove both vehicles and I decided on the Tucson Sport after some further conversations. Caleb listened really well, and made us feel comfortable by joking with us, and being able to work within my budget. It was even more appreciative when the office had closed, he stayed till after we figured out financing and showed me how to use all the technology on the new vehicle. It was incredibly kind of him to give up part of his Saturday night to make sure I was taken care of. Since my purchase of the vehicle I have received a phone call saying that if I need anything that I can contact him at anytime. We felt like family through the whole process and everyone was so kind and personable. My dad has purchasing cars from this Hyundai Suntrup for years now, and I completely understand why now. I cannot recommend Caleb or anyone else there enough. More
