GREAT DEALERSHIP! My 16 year old daughter and I went to Suntrup Hyundai, off of Lindbergh. She needed a car. Excellent Customer Service Caleb was extremely friendly, patient, and knowledgeable . I went in knowing exactly what I wanted, but not necessarily where I needed to on my monthly payments. He showed me 4 vehicles , 2 of which I test drove. Of course I loved the SUV that was most expensive but Caleb knew I wanted Safety 1st. He made the process so easy for me. Their was really no going back and forth on the price.. Poor Used Car Sales Experience Early Friday morning, we drove for over 6 hours to the dealership.  When we arrived, Caleb Sturgeon greeted us and when we inquired about the used whi Early Friday morning, we drove for over 6 hours to the dealership.  When we arrived, Caleb Sturgeon greeted us and when we inquired about the used white Honda Civic, he instantly informed us that he took a deposit on that vehicle and it was no longer available.  I let him know that we had an appointment to see the car and drive over 6 hours!  He went to talk to his boss, and was gone a very long time.  When he returned he said we could "look" at the car and if we did not like it then we would be done.  If we did like it, we would "figure something out".  During a test drive, Caleb asked us how much we expected to pay for the car.  We noted the $7000 price that was listed plus $200 required by state.  He said the price had gone up and we would have to pay an additional $300 due to additional costs incurred by the dealership.  After the test drive, Caleb talked to his boss and informed us that if we where willing to pay the additional $300 we could have the car. Caleb was very nice, but made it clear that his boss was making the call and he was just following orders.  I was very disappointed that no-one else came out and apologized about this situation.  It was going to be a no-win deal for someone.  Either we would be driving back with no car, or the person who put up a deposit would not get the car.    To this day we have not received an apology for the terrible purchase experience. Hopefully your experience will be better. More

He was very personable, helpful and honest. He wasn’t sale-sy and didn’t push anything I wasn’t interested in. It was a very nice experience. Other employees were also very sweet towards my son. We got a good deal on my trade in and left with a fabulous Sonata that’s just perfect for us! I am very happy with our experience More
