We bought a quart of oil and added it. It happened again a week or so later. We brought it in and it was decided that the whole engine would have to be torn apart and b/c it was loss of oil, it was one of two things not covered in our warranty. Robert and the whole Joe Machens Volkswagen team did everything they could to help us out. They listened to our concerns and offered to buy the car back from us. This is unheard of in this industry as we are serial car buyers. We managed to leave there with another 2022 Passat and the same monthly payment we had before. We would certainly buy from this company again and I have every confidence that if something goes wrong, they will make sure to make it right no matter what.
