Stopped at the dealership and Micah Million made time for me to get an oil change wait time was reasonable and video with pictures are a great tool to see from the eyes of a mechanic. Complimentary coffee and chips were greatly appreciated. A visit from the salesman David Arnold who remembered selling me my car really shows they care. Lastly got an email update from Carfax care report as the dealership entered the visit for my records just perfect business experience. More

I took my 2019 Lawton Jetta in to make sure it was drivable. I was told it was 100% safe. When I took it to the body shop I found out that the suspension was bent they should have seen that when they drivable. I was told it was 100% safe. I have called several time to make appointments and cannot get anyone to call me back. Very disappointed with the service and will be taking my car somewhere else. More

I like taking my car back to the dealer where I purchased. Actual Salesman and all the service advisors have changed since car was purchased new, but always treated great by all the employees of J purchased.
