Good Experience, But Staff Needs More Help The experience for our prepaid oil changed is good, but the only down side is the staff is short handed. Since they both check you in, deal with phone The experience for our prepaid oil changed is good, but the only down side is the staff is short handed. Since they both check you in, deal with phone calls, and take your money, there never seems to be enough on hand to get in or out quickly. My comments are not about the efficiency of the staff, but both the popularity of the dealership and their processes. Also the Service Dept area is not really as big as it should be for the agents and customers to check in/out. The waiting area is ok, but too many counters for such a small area. Basically the popularity of dealership have outgrown their facility, at least the service area. I am still happy to go back and like that they are next to REI and Costco which is where I kill time waiting for our oil changes. I bought two Subaru's at this dealership in 2016 and I would do it again. More

From CA to NV with no regret I have found the car listing on carguru and it was the cheapest of his kind so I said why not. I called these guys and drove to nv for my appointment. I have found the car listing on carguru and it was the cheapest of his kind so I said why not. I called these guys and drove to nv for my appointment. We discussed for 2-3h. Calin was precise and very explanatory in his answers. As a first buyer I had so many questions and he had the patience to answer of all them. But what is the most awesome is that he gave me so much after sale advices I am so grateful for. They accommodate my stay in Nevada and I was very comfortable and treated with respect. The car was fixed cleaned washed and everything. They made sure the car was in perfect condition before handing it to me. I will never forget this experience and I will always refer to this dealership for my future car sales. It is worth the trips. More

He really listened to what I was looking for, and found a car on the lot that fit my needs. I never felt pressure to buy, just very helpful conversation offering me the possibilities to choose from. Then he spent a lot of time showing me everything I needed to know about my new car. I have not had such a good experience anywhere else when buying a new car. I highly recommend this dealership, and would go there again should I need another new car. More

Surprisingly good experience for purchasing a car Haven't purchased a Subaru before. All went smoothly and did not feel pressured. Both Paul and Calin (who we mostly dealt with) wanted to sell us a car, but understood that it's a big decision that may take more than one visit. They were both friendly and knowledgeable. More
