Amazing..my best car buying experience ever! We stopped by to look at a certain model that we thought we wanted. After a low pressure talk and education about the different models. We test drove 3 different models learning along the way. We left 3 hours later knowing exactly which model we wanted ( not the first one we came to look at originally). No pressure, no hassle! Amazing deal on our custom Subaru! My husband and I came to Lithia Reno Subaru after researching the 2015 Legacy online and at Carson City Subaru. That dealership was helpful but did no My husband and I came to Lithia Reno Subaru after researching the 2015 Legacy online and at Carson City Subaru. That dealership was helpful but did not have what we wanted in stock so our car would have to be ordered, which was not a problem for us. The "no flexibility" on price was our issue with Carson, because we had to order it they could not make a deal on the price. I am a bargain hunter so shopped around, could not find a Legacy with the exact specs we wanted in stock at any dealership within a 500 mile radius. I went on Turecar.com, built exactly what we wanted and Lithia Reno popped up as our local Truecar dealership. Gave Carson Subaru an opportunity to match the price quote, they declined. So I got in touch with Lithia in Reno and started speaking with Calin. Ended up working with Cosmin and it was a great experience, no typical "car salesman" vibe from either of them! Not only did they NO HASSLE honor the Truecar price, they took an additional $500 off the quote, and ordered our custom car...no problem...no extra cost. The Truecar price quote was for vehicles in stock, and they beat it on our custom order! We estimate a savings of around $3000-$4000 by working with Lithia in Reno over Carson Subaru. Once the car arrived, we were only there about 2 hours to finish the deal. Price was set when we ordered it so finance was less than an hour, including signing docs. We weren't made to sit there and wait for papers to be worked up either, while waiting for docs Cosmin showed us features of our car instead. Even after signing papers he continued to go over all the features of our new car, and answered all of our questions. I never settle for a first price and with our new car it really paid off for us. We could not be happier with the deal, Cosmin, and of course my husband's custom ordered new car! More

Awesome service! I first inquired about an Orange CrossTrek, in the premium trim level but it had just been sold a few days prior. CALIN VARGA emailed me with three other potential XV's but they were all down south. He mentioned that he had an orange in the limited trim on the lot and ended up going with that. Calin was able to give me an outstanding price I feel along with amazing service. He brought the car to me as I was not able to make it down to Reno for a few days!! He kept me informed thought the entire process as well. Without a doubt I would buy from Lithia again! More
