Such an AMAZING experience! Let me start off by saying do NOT ever go to Harte Nissan in Hartford, CT such a horrible experience there. First of all the staff was not that friend Let me start off by saying do NOT ever go to Harte Nissan in Hartford, CT such a horrible experience there. First of all the staff was not that friendly and on top of that the guy helping me out told me at first he could most definitely get me in the car I wanted so he took me out and showed me it then came in and said he has to talk to his manager about it... keep in mind it was a $10,000 car and I had $1,000 to put down. After keeping my mom and I waiting and waiting for hours without any new information he then came back to tell us that "they're working on it still but I don't want to keep you guys waiting so you can leave and I'll give you a call".... he might as well of said they couldn't do anything for me instead of keeping me waiting and never even calling back. After that horrible experience I went over to DeCormier Nissan in Manchester, CT and met with Calvin Crocklin and explained the whole situation and may I just say he worked his butt off to get me into a vehicle and make sure I was satisfied. I was so impressed with the service and HIGHLY satisfied. I gave him my down payment of $1,000 and he was able to get me into a 2014 $10,000 car which I'M IN LOVE WITH!!!!!!!! Why Harte was not able to do the same I don't understand I don't believe they work hard enough to make sure their customers are happy and satisfied when they leave. I also want to thank Annie Sheehan in the Finance dept at DeCormier because she also did a fantastic job on getting me into a vehicle and making sure I leave satisfied and she thoroughly explained all the paperwork and what is included on my gap coverage and everything else. My mom and I have both purchased vehicles from this branch and left very happy and satisfied. I will definitely be re-purchasing my future vehicles here as well. More

Quick, Easy, and Great Staff I had the pleasure of dealing with Calvin Crocklin, Matt Decormier, and Annie Sheehan. Each made the different aspects of buying a car as easy as poss I had the pleasure of dealing with Calvin Crocklin, Matt Decormier, and Annie Sheehan. Each made the different aspects of buying a car as easy as possible, and they were all very friendly. Calvin was great in showing us the car, inside and out, and made us feel very comfortable in our selection. He knew everything about the car, and answered all of our questions and showed us all the gadgets. Matt and Annie made the financial aspect of buying the car super easy, working with the bank to get us approved and come out with a monthly payment that was in my budget. All in all, great experience. More

New Car Lease I recently visited DeCormier for my 5,000 mile oil change on my 2014 Maxima. When I saw the new 2016 redesigned Maxima, my interest grew immediately. I recently visited DeCormier for my 5,000 mile oil change on my 2014 Maxima. When I saw the new 2016 redesigned Maxima, my interest grew immediately. I worked with Calvin and the staff at DeCormier and got into a 2016 Platinum Maxima while saving on my monthly lease payment! Win….Win…..Calvin worked with me and delivered a beautiful Pearl White Maxima to me and I could not be happier. Go see Calvin and the team, they definitely did right by me. Awesome car! More

The salesmen are knowledgeable, courteous and down to earth (Which makes ALL the difference in entering a dealership). There is no high pressure tactics, no game playing with pricing, its actually a pleasure to have dealt with the staff. I also had the pleasure of meeting (and dealing with) the service department - which is top shelf! The service department is so professionally managed, its not like any other dealership service department I had dealt with. The staff at DeCormier Nissan surpasses any of any dealership in the New England area. They go above and beyond what is expected, to make sure that the customer is happy. The experience I've had with them is superior, enjoyable, and left me with the feeling that I definitely made the right choice!! Don't go anywhere else - DeCormier Nissan rocks!! The difference is that they actually care about their customers after the car purchase, which is so rare in this field.
