I rated fair because the appointment system for service is terrible. I usually need to make Saturday appointments because of my work schedule, however lately, I am told when I arrive that it is not guaran is terrible. It completely defeats the whole purpose of an appointment system. You should just call it a "reservation" system to bring your car in and then "we'll get to it when we get to it." I have had my car since 2013 and it has never been as bad for Saturday service as it has been over the last 2-3 years. I work in Delray Beach but have never brought my car to the dealership there because during the week appointments are not always convenient for me due to my work schedule, however I am now seriously considering switching over to using that dealership next time I need service. The service itself is great, the mechanics always do a great job on my car. More

Purchase a used certified pre owned truck on a Friday and the truck was in the service department the following Tuesday due to a window not going up-and-down. Sat for 3 hours before they told me the part and the truck was in the service department the following Tuesday due to a window not going up-and-down. Sat for 3 hours before they told me the part wasn't in. Took the truck to another Dodge dealership and they told me that I needed to take the truck back to Arrigo because there was a leak in the dash and it corroded all the modules that operate the window the dash lights and the doorlocks on the passenger side. I met with the Arrigo sales manager and the salesman and the sales manager was not helpful at all and actually refused to help me. Her name is Danielle and she was very unprofessional. Eventually the window and doorlock were fixed and they claimed they fixed the leak but the truck is still leaking in the same spot and the dash lights are not working properly. The existing leak will continue to corrode the new modules in the dash. I have purchased several trucks from Arrigo Dodge and have recommended them to my family and friends but I no longer will recommend Arrigo Dodge to anyone. More
